The splendor of black and white - MONOMAD- (ESP-ING)

Ya han pasado casi 200 años desde que se inventó la fotografía, son casi 200 años de pación por ella. La historia de la humanidad estaría destinada a estar tallada en luz desde entonces.

The first photograph was in black and white, it is incredible how nowadays, having the opportunity to use all the colors, many of us still love this primitive procedure. And there is no other way to transmit a direct message to the brain as with black and white. It is a way of simplifying or isolating, leaving only the true essence of photography, which is light and shadow. It is a way to establish an intimate dialogue with the viewer to the point that they can take their photo.

La primera fotografía fue en blanco y negro, es increíble como en nuestros días, teniendo la oportunidad de usar todos los colores, muchos seguimos amando este primitivo procedimiento. Y es que no hay otra manera de trasmitir un mensaje directo al cerebro como con el blanco y negro. Es una manera de simplificar o aislar dejando solo la verdadera esencia de la fotografía que es la luz y la sombra es el modo de establecer un diálogo íntimo con el espectador al punto de que pueda hacer la foto suya.

I will always play with colors because it is a resource that I also like a lot, but I will never stop doing my portraits in black and white.

Siempre jugaré con los colores porque es un recurso que también me gusta mucho, pero nunca dejaré de hacer mis retratos en blanco y negro.
