Hello Black and White friends! This is my entry to today's #monomad challenge.

It's about some pictures of my orange tabby cat called "Yoda". This lovely cat has a favourite window, which he uses to sleep, to go in and out of our house and to "meow" for hours at night for some inexplicable reason. :)

Don't worry about the appearance of the window... It looks weird, doesn't it???... Well, it's a lot of funny: My wife wanted a new window overlooking the dining room of our house, so I took advantage of her stay at her mother's house for a week and... I made the new window myself!... And of course, it couldn't be a normal window... I wanted a window of the kind you see in the villagers' houses in the Robin Hood films!... I love medieval films!...

Unfortunately, my wife didn't like the window as much as I did... It almost cost me a divorce, this window, geez!... ha ha ha ha :) ... I remember her face when she came back from her mother's and I told her that there was a surprise in our dining room... Then I had to spend a week accompanying my mother to safeguard my physical integrity!...

But to me it still looks like a "beautiful medieval villager's house style window".... Never mind that my wife says it is an "Adefesio" born of the bad taste of my incomprehensible brain (her words). Besides, Yoda is delighted with this window and it's his favourite place in the house!... So Yoda has an excellent architectural taste too, I guess!... ha ha ha :-)

Curiously, my wife has never again suggested any such changes at home!... Now she hires a bricklayer without telling me and orders the changes herself!... ha ha ha ha :).... But it won't be so easy for her... I'm preparing a project to make a column like the ones in the dungeons, in our living room! :-)

Thank you all so much for stopping by, appreciating and sharing!... See you soon!

Ups!... Almost forgot: Yoda's portrait bonus photo (I love this cat!)

Thats an original and nice name for a cat!!Very nice pics!!tokina is a very good choice for a lens !inalready tried 16-28 and 28-70 Saludos!!!

Hello friend @albephotos5!... We named our beloved "Yoda" thus, because he was an ugly and very small kitten (like the beloved Star Wars character) when he was a baby ha ha ha :-) ... Now he's beautiful, but he didn't grow up much!.... He is already more than 2 years old and he is a cat of less than 1 kg.... I'm looking for a female just as small to form a couple and have a lot of tiny cats!... They will be a new race!: Yodas Dwarf Cats!... (I hope the Star Wars franchise / Disney / Lucas Films or whoever, won't claim me for using that name). ha ha ha :-)

You are right, Tokina's lenses are very good optics and excellent construction as well... My trusty Tokina ATX 100mm has been in my hands for more than a decade... I use it for photographing insects, flowers and other small things... But it has also served me well for occasional portraits and even street photography!.... I was about to buy a second hand 24-70mm recently, but someone bought it first! :( ... I'll wait for another chance!...

Thank you very much for stopping by and appreciating... I send hugs and wishes for a happy day!....
