Hi there Black and White community, for today's content I will be sharing one of the busiest highways of Cebu province. It was dubbed actually as the traffic capital of the south the Minglanilla town. These photos that I will be sharing, will show you why the town was dubbed as the traffic capital of the south.
First off, one of the reasons why it is considered as the traffic capital is because there are lots of alleys and each of them had traffic lights installed that somehow congest vehicles that form traffic along the way. Also, some road users didn't follow traffic rules for road safety like the photo below.
Instead of going to the bike lane, this biker is riding in the middle of the highway which appeared to be very dangerous because he might cause a road accident. Most vehicles on the lane that this biker is in are fast-moving. You see one factor that causes the traffic is just the discipline of every individual who uses the road.
Talking about discipline, some vehicle owners tend to forget their responsibilities on their vehicles, like parking their vehicles on the road that shouldn't be because some moving vehicles will slow down so as not to hit the vehicles that are wrongly parked, and by that alone, it will cause congestion of vehicles, especially during rush hours.
Another thing that causes traffic in the town is the mall that is exactly located on the tight highway that every time there is a vehicle that will enter the mall will have to slow down so as the public utility vehicles that will gradually congest and forms traffic eventually.
And sometimes privately owned vehicles shows up all of the sudden from alleys just like this photo below, especially if there are no traffic officers manning the area, and usually what happens is that vehicles like this one cant cross on the other side of the road since some vehicles doesn't give way. So, it will end up causing traffic as well.
Ang traffic sa mingla na maabot pa sa tabunok lahos bulacao. Ahahhaahah.
hahaha tinoud ui mag kalisod ma abut pas Naga ang ikog sa traffic
