Hello Black And White Community!

I return once again to my photographs from Verona. I have quite a large collection of them. This time, while making my selection, I focused more on portraying people — those who live in Verona every day, as well as those who were only passing through.

I photographed discreetly, with great attention, trying not to let anyone realize they were being photographed. I believe this intention was successfully achieved.

All the photographs presented here were taken at Piazza delle Erbe, where a marketplace was operating at the time. It was there that, in my opinion, the most compelling scenes of everyday life unfolded — scenes worth preserving on a digital negative.

Witam społeczność Black And White!

Ponownie wracam do zdjęć z Werony. Mam ich naprawdę sporą ilość. Tym razem, dokonując selekcji, skupiłem się bardziej na ukazaniu ludzi — tych, którzy tu żyją na co dzień, oraz tych, którzy przebywali w Weronie jedynie chwilowo.

Fotografowałem dyskretnie, z dużą uważnością, starając się, by nikt nie zorientował się, że jest obserwowany przez obiektyw aparatu. Myślę, że ten zamiar udało się zrealizować.

Wszystkie prezentowane tutaj fotografie powstały na Piazza delle Erbe, gdzie w tamtym czasie funkcjonowało targowisko. To właśnie tam rozgrywały się — moim zdaniem — najciekawsze sceny codzienności, warte zapisania na cyfrowej kliszy.
