"Hope everyone is doing well!
Today's blog post is dedicated to a fun black and white monomad challenge. Let's talk about our adorable little guest who visited the studio today. A tiny, naked baby, wearing nothing but a diaper to show off those chubby little limbs! John was only a year old and could barely say "mama" or "dada." Most of his words were unintelligible, but he had us all in stitches. In these challenging times, his laughter and joyful spirit were a much-needed breath of fresh air.
John had the most amazing natural poses. I especially love this portrait I took of him. Even the other shots were full of spontaneous moments that brought nothing but joy.
For the lighting, I used a flat lighting setup. Some parents don't like dramatic or colorful lighting, but flat lighting is something everyone can appreciate.
It helps to capture a child's mood authentically, and I find that simpler is often better for portraits, especially when focusing on a single subject.
One of the biggest challenges of photographing babies and toddlers is their short attention span. They can quickly get distracted and may look at the camera one moment and then look away the next.
The most important thing in photographing children is patience. Give the child time to get familiar with the environment and trust you.
By the end of the session, little John was starting to tire, but his mom was so grateful. I'm sure she'll love seeing the black and white versions of these photos.
Have a wonderful day! I look forward to seeing you all again soon."

Capturing the right moment of the little girl's innocent look. Beautiful monochrome contrasts… Little model.
Thank you❤️❤️💯
Greetings this way 😁 pure innocence contained in those pictures. Babies must be a fun photography challenge as their spontaneous gestures and movements control the pace of the session a bit. I liked the result.
