The Circus Through My Lens ESP/ENG

Today, I bring you some photos of a circus performer who practices hair hanging—a truly striking act to witness. Like any skilled circus artist, she possesses multiple abilities tied to her body.

Hoy les traigo unas fotos de una chica cirquera que practica hair hang, cosa que es bastante impactante cuando la ves. Pero, como buena artista cirquera, tiene múltiples habilidades relacionadas con su cuerpo.

I have to admit that the circus is something that fascinates me. I’d love to try it out because the people who dedicate themselves to it are incredible, and the performances are full of awe. However, I don’t think I have the skill for it—or maybe that’s just an incorrect assumption. I used to think the same about dance, yet I’ve achieved things I never would have believed possible.

He de admitir que el circo es algo que me llama mucho la atención. Me gustaría practicar un poco de ello porque es increíble la gente que se dedica a ello, y los actos están llenos de asombro. Pero no creo tener la habilidad... aunque tal vez es una impresión equivocada, porque lo mismo pensaba de la danza y he logrado cosas que jamás habría creído.

These photos were taken for this circus group to use for commercial purposes, so I didn’t allow myself as much creative freedom as I would if it were about capturing emotions for myself. Even so, it’s a body of work that I like, and I hope you enjoy it too.
