Healing waters || Monomad

in Black And White7 months ago

Hello black and white lovers, and nature lovers. I will be telling you about a peculiar river today, or rather a small part of a river. It is the river where several springs of sulfurous waters converge, which has become a medicinal spa in San Diego, a town in the municipality of Los Palacios in Pinar de Rio.

Most of these springs are located under the health center built for this purpose. It houses several pools for skin treatments and other conditions. Outside the health center is the river of which I propose you these photographs. The locals bathe there every afternoon, it is fortunate to have these healing waters so close by. You can bathe at any time in this river. Its temperature is generally always warm as it is fed by sulphurous waters that come out of the earth at medium-high temperatures, about 40°c approximately.

In the rest of the rivers of the region, as we say here, you have to bathe with a few shots of rum, to warm up. With these images I want to enter the daily challenge #monomad,see You!
