Today provoked me to go out and photograph textures and geometries in black and white for this community. I have days seeing many posts here and I am delighted. I feel like I lost my passion for black and white photos, since I never do them and they were the ones that taught me the most.

When I studied design, I had a photography subject and a lab where we developed and copied the photos we took. At that time digital cameras did not exist yet. It was an exciting world, with everything that could be done manually, without computers. A lot of effects without the use of Photoshop.

At that time all I used was black and white. I knew what the photos would look like. It's a different kind of thinking for the moment you shoot. For color it's different, even the lighting; but you know how you have to frame or what things not to take when you're doing black and white. Here the objects have to be more defined because there will be no differentiation by color.

I would love to have a good camera to take pictures like the ones I see. Maybe I wouldn't dare to take pictures of people on the street with my phone. I don't think I would have the necessary resolution. These photos were taken with my Samsung A53.

I don't like black and white photographs because I always believe that the black and white photographs doesn't show the nature and thing colour fully, But you click it well so that's why looks great in black and white colour.✨

They show contrast, dark light shadows and greater highlighting of the elements in the absence of color intensifies the rest. Both types of photography have their charms and knowing how to use them at specific moments without limitations makes someone a good photographer.

The photos are stunning, especially, that of the planted flowers, I love it.

Today another one that I will bring in a second installment, which looks like flames of fire. 😆

Great! I am waiting for it, I am sure you will nailed it as well 🥰🙏

Wow... It's so cool to see up close that you took today, a beautiful portrait of my friend.

Thank you, it was a little difficult not to see my shadow.
