Hello black and white community, I have been away for a few days, I hope you will forgive me. Due to personal and work reasons I have had little time.

To participate in today's Monomad challenge I present to you some images of the royal force castle. It is located in Havana Cuba and was part of the colonial military complex.

I'm talking about the time when Cuba was a Spanish colony.

The views are wonderful and you can see the Bay of Havana or the Christ. Photos taken with a 50 mm will not be able to show these monuments more closely , They will be seen better in some of my photographic blogs. I encourage you to review and follow me :)

In the first image you can see the nose in the distance, remember I was from another castle and it looks far away 😬.

Here, little one, you will be able to see the Christ of Havana, I have published some photos of him before. I really love it, the place is beautiful.

CASTILLO (14).jpg

The bay separates what would be the morro complex and the cabin from the famous Havana boardwalk.

CASTILLO (13).jpg

Currently the castle is a tourist site and I could tell you that it also seems like a fantastic viewpoint. You pay an entrance ticket that does not exceed 250 Cuban pesos. At the informal exchange rate less than a dollar. The above price is for tourists , For Cubans it is cheaper.

CASTILLO (11).jpg

When you walk inside the castle you can see a series of exhibitions of some common objects of the time. mainly for military use, which would be helmets, cannon balls, crossbows...

CASTILLO (9).jpg

We also found old dishes, the description of some of them can be seen in the photos, they are generally from the 16th century . Although this varies depending on the object, we also see the location where they were found, whether it was a house of the time or a shipwreck.

CASTILLO (10).jpg

Here is a beautiful plate from the 15th century . 😃

CASTILLO (6).jpg

According to what the specialists who take care of the site tell us, they were used to store and keep water and wine fresh...

CASTILLO (7).jpg

A beautiful cannon, I really don't know if it's a replica or the real thing in this case but I just liked it.

CASTILLO (8).jpg

Aboriginal canoe, commonly used by indigenous people before the conquest and colonization of the Island.

CASTILLO (3).jpg

A small replica of a caravel, a ship used in colonial times and which was part of the expeditions to the new world by my namesake Christopher Columbus XD .

CASTILLO (20).jpg

Around the castle. It makes me feel like I'm in a movie, where corsairs attack us.

A shot from the right.

Some stairs take us to the top of the castle, beautiful views await us. Meanwhile I took a self-portrait in the shadows hahaha

CASTILLO (16).jpg

In the first photographs you can see the views of the landscape, here are what are now exhibition halls that were closed that day.

To finish here I leave you some more photos, some ammunition, also a model of the place and finally the tourist flags that welcome and greet the visitors who are leaving.

This is all for today, unfortunately I was not able to take photographs in the room where there were gold ingots and clothing made from the same mineral from the 15th century. It was really because they didn't let me, there were many security cameras and the caretakers saw me with a camera and asked me not to take photos at that place.I suppose that to make an image you have to have some special permission that I didn't have. Although I could understand that such a valuable treasure should not even appear in images there.
