My Canon 5D Mark III doesn't have HDR and exposure bracketing isn't really an option on a moving train :)
I used to do some landscape HDRs with 3 photos (exposure bracketing) but I'm not a huge fan of HDR as it doesn't feel quite natural. Probably just not my thing ;)

HDR helps a lot in balancing shadows and highlights. But definitely not on a moving train 😉
Exactly! :) When I edit my photos, I always tune the shadows, highlights, blacks and whites.
