It is hard to say. I'd imagine it was built in the second half of the 19th century - but that is simply because I happen to know when that part of town was built.
In general, these houses have to be renewed about every 50 years, in general - if for now other reason, simply because they are built of wood.
If no pull down, what about its foundation? It will eventually collapse one day then.
