Hello hiver
Hello everyone, how are you
I'm back with a black and white photo of me that you might like and this is my entry
Today I came to Air Hitam Village, Gebang District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra because I wanted to see firsthand the process of making traditional cassava chips.
A number of female workers were seen busy with their activities in a wooden building under a roof without walls which was used as a kitchen for frying cassava chips.
Some of the workers are tasked with cutting cassava in large quantities, some are in the frying area and some are in the packaging section.
Cassava chips can be one of the souvenirs for residents traveling out of town. Usually, many cross-provincial passengers using passenger buses and private cars will stop at this place selling cassava chips.
Many people like these cassava chips, because they are tasty and crunchy with an appetizing appearance. So they have become a favorite souvenir.
Congratulations. Today's #monomad third place is yours.
Thank You very much for participating and for being part of the Black And White Community!
