Hello hiver
Hello everyone, how are you
I'm back with a black and white photo of me that you might like and this is my entry
This post reviews a street photo about a "Martabak Bangka" seller on a street in the capital city of Jakarta which is always busy being sought after by people who visit the culinary center on Jalan Sabang, Central Jakarta.
What's unique about this Bangka martabak seller's stall is that they use four-wheeled vehicles, small minibuses. There is a pamphlet that says " Martabak Oneng" in front of the car.
Various variants of martabak are sold there, starting from sweet martabak and also egg martabak. Because the aroma makes your stomach hungry? I ordered a portion of sweet martabak.
The manufacturing process is very simple, the seller takes the available flour mixture from a container and sows it in a mold that has been heated first.
Then the liquid flour mixture is poured into the mold, then covered for the cooking process. Once it is finished, the mixture looks soft and tastes like cheese and chocolate.
It really tastes really good.
This martabak comes from a small town on the island of Bangka.
