I am back with another post and @monomad challenge today.
For today's post, I have included some portrait photos of a very beautiful model for a professional make-up artist, Nasrin Jun.
As I shared photos with you and talked about beautiful models in the last few posts, in this post I want to talk about another photography session.
In this photography session, I used a black background for portrait photography.
Maybe the choice of black background was due to Nasrin Jun's makeup style and the use of red color in the make-up of this session.
One of my interests in portrait photography is using a black background.
Matin John Modeling had a great collaboration with us today.
In this background, I used three light sources at complementary angles to produce a very beautiful output.
Usually, in photography with a black background, I open the flash as much as possible and control the rest of the light with the camera.
Considering that the black background may be very catchy and attractive, but make-up artists usually do not like this intensity of darkness of the subject's face because of the visibility of the make-up style.
The turban and hat that was used in this style of make-up contributed to the beauty and idea for my photography.
Using the big red flower I had in the studio, I suggested some ideas for photography to Nasrin Jun.
I asked Mateen to hold this flower on his face and turn his head towards the source of light shining from above with a flirtatious attitude and closed eyes.
The mood of this photo can have a very good reflection in the eyes of the viewer.
In this pose and figure that I gave to Mateen, I could make the lighting more multi-dimensional, but because it was an introduction to the type of make-up, it was not possible.
I did it once with closed eyes and once with full eyes.
In this photo, I asked Mateen to give me the impression of smelling flowers with his eyes closed.
Perhaps, this is one of the best figures to see the type of shading behind the eyes for Nasrin Jun's makeup.
I really liked Matin's smiles and calm looks, but considering that I had very little time for this photo session, we were very satisfied with the results, and Nasrin Jun was very excited to see each shot.
