Monomad: Bartender & Coctails [EN & TR]

Bartender Engin, who prepares beautiful and delicious cocktails, is 28 years old and has been working in this bar for 4 years.
He has won the second place in the world in the competition organized by Olmeca and the first place in the national competitions held in Turkey. Although he works in an alcoholic establishment, he is not much of a drinker. He drinks alcohol once a week. He didn't give the details and recipes of the cocktails in these photos :) He is preparing to participate in a new competition with these recipes. Actually, I stumbled upon his training time. And I can say that the cocktails are really delicious. If you ever go to Istanbul, I would definitely recommend you to go to Yazı Tura Bar and try Engin's cocktails.Hello to all of you after ten days. I hope everyone is well. Birbirinden güzel ve lezzetli kokteyller hazırlayan Barmen Engin 28 yaşındadır ve 4 yıldır bu barda çalışıyor.
Olmeca'nın düzenlediği yarışmada dünya ikincisi, Türkiye'de düzenlenen ulusal yarışmalarda birincilik elde etti. Alkollü bir mekanda çalışmasına rağmen, pek içici değildir. Haftada bir alkol alır. Bu fotoğraflarda kokteyllerin detaylarını ve tariflerini vermedi :) Bu tariflerle yeni bir yarışmaya katılmaya hazırlanıyor. Aslında, antreman zamanına denk geldim. Kokteyllerin gerçekten çok lezzetli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. İstanbul'a yolunuz düşerse Yazı Tura Bar'a gidip Engin'in kokteyllerini mutlaka denemenizi tavsiye ederim.10 gün aradan sonra hepinize merhaba. Umarım herkes iyidir.
