Monomad - Grasshopper (Valanga nigricornis)

Grasshoppers are herbivorous insects, so grasshoppers are often considered pests by some farmers, this is because if there are large numbers of grasshoppers, of course it will harm farmers.

Now in this post I want to share one species of grasshopper in the subfamily Cyrtacanthacridinae of the family Acrididae. He is Valanga nigricornis, this grasshopper can be found in Southeast Asia such as Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

And in appearance this grasshopper is like a grasshopper in general, which has horns with an attractive color, namely yellow, a combination of a few black spots. Here are some photos:
