Beaches of the world in Black and White III

in Black And White3 years ago

One more collection of beaches around the world in Black and White. And again we talk about one of the countries known for its pristine beaches, Australia.

We start with a picture of an endless beach close to Byron Bay, on the east coast of the country. It is called Tallow Beach. Here you can observe the magnitude of some beaches there and not just that, but also how empty they are. You can literally spend the whole day at the beach with nobody bothering you.

I took this picture in a beach that is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Whitehaven Beach is a bit off the coast of Airlie Beach on the north east coast. And trust me, it definitely deserves that title. It is nearly untouched with crystal clear waters and white sand. Sand that it is so rich in pure silica that you can even brush your teeth with it and have a whitening for free! Apart from all that you can also swim with manta rays, although be careful when you go to the water since there are a lot of stingers, always wear a diving suit.

We go back again a bit south, this time the actual Byron Bay Main Beach. It is incredible the vibes of this beach. Surfers, youngsters enjoying their adulthood, families... There is a place for everyone at this place, that's the beauty of it. Besides, obviously you have beautiful beaches like this with its amazing sunsets.

From sunsets we go to sunrises. This one I had to stay the night in a camper van close to Cape Hillsborough Beach in order to see kangaroos having their breakfast on the beach. To be completely honest I got a bit disappointed since I actually thought that the kangaroos were coming to the beach themselves until I found out that people were leaving food on the sand for them to come. Well, at least the were free, that's true, but a bit disappointing for me. I still recommend it though.

Last but not least, one of the most famous places in Australia, the Great Ocean Road. It goes several kilometres along the southern coast, near Melbourne. It is impressive to see a coast that way as well as difficult to keep an eye on the road. I had to take the most of the stops to get pictures like this.
