I've given him the name "Yoda" because he reminds me of one of the Star Wars characters. Yoda, this is a young mantis that I found in the shrub near my house. Despite his frightening appearance, Yoda is an extremely sweet creature. He is a ruthless predator in the "kingdom of the shrub," but he may be friendly with people.
