The recipe I share today comes from the experiences of my friends and family. One day I visited my uncle's house who was suffering from high blood pressure, then my aunt immediately plucked a few salam leaves beside his house and boiled the leaves. it turned out that after consuming the stew of salam leaves, my uncle's high blood pressure slowly started to fall and my uncle didn't feel sick anymore. my aunt said every time my uncle's high blood pressure relapsed, my aunt only boiled salam leaves to deal with it, because my uncle really liked meat, so my uncle's high blood pressure often relapsed.

The next day, I asked some of my colleagues, have they ever used salam leaves to treat high blood pressure? My friends say that they have been using salam leaves for a long time to treat high blood pressure and cholesterol. The part used to treat high blood pressure and cholesterol is the leaf.
