It's amazing how there are so many natural medicines in this world that we can incorporate into our lives for a plethora of uses. The Linden Flower is not something I've heard of before and that is surprising considering its calming effects and how so many people suffer from anxieties and tensions in this world.

I hadn't heard of linden as an herb before, only as a name, that is until I moved here and found three linden trees. If you are interested in trying out the tea it should be pretty easy to find in a the bulk herbs section that some grocery stores have. I really recommend it!
