I LOVED following this theme and contributing a drink! It's glorious to see all the colours, spices and smells that I can imagine from all the glasses, cups and beakers! I especially love the kvass recipe, @blackberryskunk: if I can get hold of proper, fresh, raw beetroot like this, here in rural Italy, I'll go for it :-D
