Hello my loving Asean Hive community

This evening I made a delicious meal. What I made today is the spring roll. Spring rolls can be made in a variety of flavors, but I made two flavors today. I'm thinking of using shrimp to make a spring roll today, but I have no shrimp because I did not go to the market today. So, I did not make the shrimp spring roll today. The two spring roll flavors I made today were corn and glutinous rice. I will also now explain how to make a spring roll. I learned how to make a spring roll from my mother when I was middle school student. So how to make a spring roll is not difficult for me. I know how to make a spring roll, but I have never fried a spring roll before. Today I successfully tried fried spring roll. Now I will first tell you the ingredients needed to make fried spring roll.

Ingredients-
• corn
• glutinous rice
• Wheat powder
• water
• cooking oil

The most important thing for making a spring roll is what is shown in the image above. It is mainly made of wheat. In my country, it can be easily bought at tea shops. These items are usually packaged with newspapers and sold. It is very cheap in my country. An item packaged in newspaper costs only $ 1.

When you open the newspaper you will see something like the image above. It is made up of many slices of wheat. I separated those slices one by one. As you can see in the picture, these slices are very thin. These thin slices of wheat can be used not only for spring roll but also for samosa.

I cut the corn as shown in the picture to make the spring rolls. Glutinous rice is also ready to do the spring rolls.

To make the wheat slices stick together, I mixed some wheat flour with water. Now I am ready to make the spring roll.

First, I took a slice of wheat. I put some corn on the slice of wheat. I rolled that wheat of the slice in half. Then I folded the two edges as shown in the picture. Then I applied a small amount of wheat cream to the remaining the slice of wheat. Then I rolled the slice of wheat to the end. I think it will be easy to do.

I also made glutinous rice the same way. I made about 10 spring rolls.

I put oil in a pot and heated it. When the oil is hot, I fry the spring rolls. You need to turn the spring rolls when frying. Once the spring rolls turn golden, you can remove them from the oil.

Now you have delicious corn and glutinous rice spring rolls. I made Tamarind yolks and tomatoes sauce for spring rolls today. My family and I ate those spring rolls together. My brother really liked those spring rolls so he ate the most.

In my country, vegetables are most commonly used in spring rolls. But yesterday I did not go to the market, so I made spring rolls using corn and glutinous rice. Spring rolls made with corn and glutinous rice are also very tasty. You should give it a try.

Theres a lot of spring rolls versions and I would definitely try the corn one, looks interesting :)

Nice work. You make me feel like a terrible cook. Someone gave me directions on how to make spring rolls one day and told me "it's almost impossible to mess it up"...

Well guess who managed to mess it up?

I will be sharing some easy and delicious recipes soon. My father planted a lot of mint plants in our small garden. So I have a lot of mint. Have a good day, friend.
