Vandalism? I understand others call it a freedom of expression but sometimes it's too much and as you've said, it's crap and trash. Maybe the government can do something about that.

well i guess I am just happy that at least here, the people doing this tend to stick to land that is unused or will soon be torn down, which is the case with this plot of land. It really irritates me when people do this stuff on private property and especially when it is someone's home. The government is very unlikely to do anything about it here because it is already illegal but honestly, I rarely see police here ever.
