I'm quite certain my dog is always judging me. Not long ago she sighed and complained on the sofa when I was watching TV because we were not going outside for a long walk like she wanted. She doesn't understand the concept of rain and how when that happens, walks don't happen.
Hahaha they're just like kids! Maybe you should let her out so she'll know why her walk is cancelled that day.
