Happy Sunday everyone. This week we went to the border of Pailin and Thailand to get my husband visa. We rode tuk-tuks as usual, but I did not go to Thailand with my husband, my husband went alone. We waited him at the Khmer-Thai border.
We waited for him for about 2 hours before he left Thailand and came back to Cambodia and got a visa one month after that, he had to apply for a 6-month visa in Phnom Penh.
We stayed in Pailin for one night after getting our visa back to Battambang. We did not visit Pailin. In Pailin there are casinos and a lot of people, we do not like this city and there is no vegetarian food for sale. That's why we want to go to Battambang because Battambang has a lot of vegetarian food and many other things.
And I have to make a copy of the birth certificate in Battambang for myself and my two daughters as well. Shortly after leaving Pailin, my husband wanted to take a break and I saw them building something I did not know what they were building for. But I think it is a Cambodian-Vietnamese stupa on Cambodian territory like in other provinces.
This is a landscape I took from a distance where we can see the peaks, temples and shrines. As we have always known, it is the stupa of Chao Chet and Khon Neary, which was a Khmer drama in the past.
