Batter to Bliss, Banana Nutella and more even the adults liking it

Mmm, something smells real good there. The aroma of batter which you can smell from far. Introducing you one of the famous Thai street food - Thai Crepe. These are slightly larger, pancake like crepe made on a hot pan. Similar to French style crepe, but with slight tuned to suit the locals.

And this the moving portable stall I wanna introduce you today. Don't see this mini tiny lorry here. Is packed with tones of taste in it. It just got this vehicle recently as there were selling beside the road located in front the school only. Congrats to them for such achievement.

Various toppings for you to choose from. From marshmallow to oreo cookies and cereal. Nutella to peanut and butter. You name it they got it right for ya.

The batter is spread with the custom made tools to spread thin evenly.

Toppings were added while the batter is still cooking to infuse the flavor into it.

Once everything is ready, the crepe is folded into triangle shape for serving.

Why is it popular? Because is fun to watch during the process and is customized able as they were made.

Got mine with pork floss with mayo and chilli sauce. Crispy at the outside and soft in the inside. But must consume whenever is hot.
