A night time BBQ adventure

Is still cooling during the night even after Dec 24. Yet the sun is setting down and cooling I believes that is a perfect time for a night time grilling session. But before we fired up, let's head to the local market for some ingredient. Of course you gotta be fast as skies dark very fast during the cold season.

The market is alive with tones of locals returned from Bangkok. Packed with chatter, scent of fresh products such as veges and meat make it the perfect choice among the locals.

Walking around for some maybe never or rarely seen products. Perhaps I shall get some Thai snacks. As you can see locals like to label the pricing over the table for the convenient of customers.

How could a grilled without beer ends? Uhuh you're right a grilled is not perfect without beer. So here I am at the 7-11 for some light maybe not too heavy liquor I guess.

After couples at the market, is time to head home for grilled as it takes longer time for the meat and so on to be cooked.

Luckily I had bought some snack for my tummy while waiting for the grilled. Erm tbh I had forgotten what name it is for these snacks. But I can tell you it is crispy outside and soft in the inside.

Finally is done, time for a dip with seafood sauce for grilled shrimp. The more sauce the better right.
