TTEOKBOKKI FOR A GOOD MOOD

Hello Asian people, how are you? I hope you are always well. Are any of you a fan of Korean dramas? Korean songs or culture? I'm sure, there must be many of you who like it. including me, haha. As a Korean drama enthusiast, you must also often see foods there, such as tteokbokki and kimbab, right?

And you must also immediately look for Korean restaurants or maybe try the recipes and cook them to try the food right?

That's the same with me. Three days ago, my friend and I went to a Korean restaurant that was quite viral and hype in my place. It's been a long time, but I only had time to come after a long time.

And the restaurant is called Back Door X Patbingsu, a restaurant that carries the Korean theme. serves all Korean food. in the menu, there are patbingsu, kimbab, ramyeon, and sandwich. From all the pictures on the menu, all of them made me tempted and wanted to try them all, but it was impossible. Haha

I ended up ordering the tteokpokki, beef sandwitch, and kimbab. It turned out that what we ordered had quite a large portion. one portion is enough for two people for the tteokpokki and kimbab.

While waiting for the food to come, we tried to observe the room of this restaurant, it looks very cute because there are funny pictures, while in the back room they made an open room, with small lights hanging from one corner to another.

And Tara, the food came.
The kimbab we ordered was the spicy eomuk kimbab, and it was quite spicy, perfect for those of you who like spicy. The nori skin was not fishy, and the eomuk was plentiful. While
tteokbokki contains tteok, eomuk, and boiled egg. the sauce is not too thin and not too thick. the taste is spicy and there is a sweet taste, maybe sweet spicy? The trick was also soft, not hard at all. While the beef sandwich was savory for the bread due to the addition of butter while grilling, and the beef was tender, not tough and well marinated. The marinade absorbed well, until I noticed that the meat was marinated with bulgogi sauce haha.

Unfortunately, the songs played here are not Korean songs, so it feels like something is missing. Maybe if Korean songs were played, it could add to the flavor like in Korean cafes there. Because this place is good enough to feel like a cafe there.

Oh, and for dessert before heading home, we stopped by an ice cream shop and bought some. Something sweet to end the long night, so that tomorrow we can go back to work in a good mood.
