Hello fellow dear folks, whats up! This is just me!
Its 6:00 in the morning, as I wake up early in the morning. Yet I've decided to visit my wife's uncle vegetable garden inorder to pick some of oval- shaped squash vegetables for food.
Yes, these are my captured photographs of an oval-shaped squash vegetables fruit dangling over the top of a trellis. Perfectly setting down on the wires and twigs of a tree, it looks so wonderful coz of a perfect shape vegetable. The green leaves and stem suddenly climbs higher to the tops.
Which adds the beautifulness because its veggie fruits dangling under their stem. It is really a good attraction to someones two eyeballs which gives a cooling effect and relaxation to the eyes due to its green, green leaves. And their fruits blending and hiding also to the leaves top to keep away from insect predators.
These type of vegetables, their vines and stem had the abilty to climb top of tall trees inorder to made the vegetable fruit. Their vines strongly clamp to the branches and twigs of a tree. The leaves suddenly shed towards its fruits so that it cannot be easily seen by insects which damages it because these kind of vegetable fruit are great preys of bees, stinking insects or even flies. Which can cause a damage of vegetable fruit itself.
After that, at 7:00 in the morning. My wife was going to cook it with a perfect combination to our very own sardines. Which my children really likes it most with this vegetable recipe she made.
Cooking procedure:
1)sliced the oval- shaped squash into thin.
2)put cooking oil to a pan.
3)add the slice onion and garlic.
4)put the sardines.
5)add the slice oval- shaped squash.
6)done already and ready to serve.
They all said nice recipe mother, so delicious! Our tummies are really fulls in. So lets eat!

I have never seen that kind of squash. We used to cook sardines with gulay too; most of the time, we use sayote or upo. Lucky your garden didn't dry up, my mom's vegetable garden is struggling with this heat wave going on.
In our place this squash is really abundant, time and effort of my wife's uncle takes down on it. He really takes good care on this vegetables because he waters it everyday. Oh so sad friend for your moms garden! Thank you for visiting friend.
