It is a Wednesday again. Time flies. It is currently December 10, 2025.

The kissing fish

This is the Kissing Guromi. It has this kissing movement that looks like it is kissing.

Usually, on Wednesdays, one of the things I would do is definitely head to the local aquarium.

Then, we also visited the local pet store. Wanted to get some food for the guinea pigs. They have a lot of these cute little kittens roaming around freely in their shop.

After that, I went back home to have a short lunch. My mom made me a homemade burger. In the burger buns, fried egg, and cheddar cheese.

A package arrived, and it was the hamster ball. My wife ordered a hamster ball so we can let the hamster run around in its ball.

Here are the two halves of the sphere. You have to connect both sides, and then after that, there is this round part that you click onto the ends of the sphere to close up the sphere.

And after that, I went to take some photos of the house that I was renting out.

I last rented out this room to a student who moved out last month. It has been a month, so it is time to see if someone is going to rent it.

Super busy with my life. Lots of stuff to deal with.

This is another room. There are five rooms and four rooms have air conditioners, while one doesn't have.

The flowery curtains are all recycled from old clothes that my mom-in-law has gotten from those who do not need them anymore. I usually try not to buy something unless it is not available. This is to prevent any wastage of materials that could have gone to the landfills.

I also went to the local hardware shop to get an electrical meter. I have meters connected to the aircon to monitor airconditioning system usage just to make sure that the air con is not being used 24 hours.

I bought the analog version of the meter that lasts longer. The number starts with 1. Feel free to buy a jackpot number.

The main hallway on the second floor. There is an internet-linked CCTV that monitors the hallway just to make sure that if in case anything happens, there is proof. Being a landlord has its own stories to tell. Next time, I will be sharing with you some of the things that I have faced as a landlord.
