Hi @davidke20 ,speaking of drinking water , I always have a large bottle near my computer , it is strange the way the body gets used to receiving water without being dehydrated , that is , I drink water constantly and do not wait to be thirsty , well according to what I read, my kidneys appreciate it and will be fine
