Shiuli Puli Pitha Recipe.

Anyway, the recipe that I will share with you today is the Puli Pitha recipe with Shiuli flowers. Puli pitha is more or less liked by everyone. I also like Puli pitha a lot. After making these pithas, I ate almost half of them alone. Anyway, the recipe is a common recipe, but I tried to bring some innovation in the decoration. I made Shiuli flowers on top of Puli pitha. It is good to eat different types of pitha puli in this season. And at the same time, this season, there are a lot of Shiuli flowers in bloom. So I thought of making a recipe by combining the two. I hope you don't find the recipe too bad. It is much more delicious to eat. I made it by steaming it. However, if you want, you can soak it in juice and eat it. So let's start the recipe.

Required Ingredients

Rice Powder

Coconut

Sugar

Salt

Bay Leaf

Cinnamon

Cardamom

Jarda Color

Step - 1

First, I put a pan on the stove. Then I put grated coconut in it. Then I put some sugar in it

After adding sugar, I added cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf in it. Then I added some salt in it.

Step - 3

I stirred everything well and fried the coconuts for a while. When it turns a little brown, I will remove it from the stove.

Now I have heated some water in a pan. I have also added some salt here. Then I have measured the amount of water I have added and added the same amount of rice powder in a cup.

Step - 5

After adding the rice powder, I will turn off the stove. Now I will make a dough by stirring it well while it is still hot. When it cools down a bit, I will make a soft dough with the help of my hands.

Now I separated some dough from there. I mixed some zarda color in a little dough. I mixed the zarda color well.

Then I made big rotis with the remaining dough. I made the rotis a little thicker.

Now I cut these big rotis into small rounds with the help of a steel glass. In this way, I made several small rotis.

Now I put some fried coconut in the middle of the small rotis. Then I covered it with another small roti on top.

Now I put the two rotis together and made some designs around them so that the joint does not look bad. In this way, I made several puli pithas.

Now, I put the dough mixed with zarda color on the pitha and made small petals around it.

In this way, I made small flowers like sivuli flowers on all the puli pithas.

Then I heated some water in a pan and placed a steel grate on the pan. Then I steamed the pithas. When the pithas are done well, I will take them off the stove.
