I am calling that dish a Potchero, I also prefer to use pork ribs since it's more tasty and there are bone marrows inside the bone. I usually use add yellow corn on that dish since it adds sweetness on the dish. I will plan to cook that again, maybe on my free time.

Pork stew and pochero are somewhat alike and it depends on how we cook it. I also use sweet corn in my pochero and might be posting it soon here.
