I believe that this person's idea of caring for the dogs is to provide them with a covered outdoor area to get out of the rain and to give them food every now and then. We will be checking back to make sure that the dogs are looked after. Hopefully it won't be necessary to do anything but the state of the mother when we arrived was a bit concerning and cause for me to be a bit mistrusting of promises of future care.
