Yes, we own our land, although we didn't quite have enough to buy it outright. I owe some family members in the USA, but they're allowing us to postpone repayment until we open for business. The land is in my wife's name because foreigners have very little rights in Cambodia. My wife and I couldn't even legally marry here, haha.
