Haha, I wish it were easy to avoid taxes like that here, but for the most part as long as you don't have too much traffic and your sign isn't too big, you don't have to pay any taxes or have a business license in Cambodia. Because I am a foreigner though, I have to follow all the laws that aren't enforced for Cambodians.
