As you are newbie, my best advice for you is to reach 500 HP for yourself first before worrying about any delegations. With 500 HP you'll have a big enough to appear in the notifications of those folks whose comments and posts you upvote. I think especially being able to reward your commenters a bit goes a long way too, and this will likely increase engagement on your posts.

I noticed that Dave gave you a 50 HP delegation, that will help you a bit in the beginning with resource credits and also give you some voting power. I'll match Dave and now you have 100 HP total. I'll leave my delegation with you until you reach 500 HP.
