The Cambodian customers never separate trash and recyclables, and even after an explanation of how to do it, they get upset as if it's just too much work.

The worst is they don't bother to separate organics from the trash too, so I have to dig through bones and rotten meat just to separate cans and bottles, something that repulses me a bit, and it stinks too. I think people that make online bookings would also be more likely to eat something we can cook versus bringing store-bought foods that leave behind a human-sized bag of styrofoam and plastic trash.
