Yikes that sucks. I guess it could have been worse and you could have snapped your collar-bone. That happened to a friend of mine in high school and his entire upper body had to be secured in a cast for months, after he had to wear a brace, i'm not sure if it was like the one you have - for many months after that. I think it was about a year before he was somewhat normal again. I hope that your recovery is a lot faster than that.

when i was in there last the doc said it is remarkable my shoulder isn't dislocated. But if I move a certain way I can feel a sort of bumping inside my shoulder... that never happened before and I don't like it. I hope it goes away in a week or so.
