Hello everyone, welcome.
How are you all? I hope you are in good condition and always happy. We create happiness, right? like this story which perhaps tells a little about life in Indonesia, specifically on the island of Java, Yogyakarta.

I talked about Yogyakarta several times, thanks to my trip yesterday. I really want to tell you about my experience when walking around one of the entertainment centers in the city of Yogyakarta, the most crowded place and never quiet for 24 hours. Jalan Malioboro, the center of entertainment for anyone in Yogyakarta.

You shouldn't spend the night in Yogyakarta just sleeping in a hotel, take yourself to this street to just see the lights and crowds. There is also a lot of free entertainment provided, you can just pay as much as you like. Like one of them is night music on one corner of Malioboro Street.

It's a Saturday night, it's really very busy, you won't even be able to see your feet because it's full of people who want to enjoy the night in the city of Yogyakarta. I sat in one of the places right in front of the small stage, there was a music night that presented music using angklung.

Very traditional, considering that this musical instrument comes from West Java, the island of Java, so it is very typical for Indonesian ears. Combining several pieces of music that are made to be very pleasant to listen to and also make it easy to shake your body, so you can dance when you hear it. There were lots of people enjoying music while dancing, accompanied by several very skilled local dancers.

Things like this make the streets in Yogyakarta never empty, creating lots of traditions and entertainment for many people who are traveling in this city, so many people say that this city will always be remembered, because this city is very interesting. A city that always upholds cultural values, including in choosing the type of music. The very strong tradition of 'Angklungan' makes this city friendly to travelers.

Seeing the enthusiasm of many people who didn't move and enjoyed the music while enjoying the dance and also people who were passive like me (didn't move and were amazed by the music being played). I even sat in front of it for 1 hour, enjoying music in the city of Yogyakarta, which was an unforgettable experience, you know, this was my first experience.

It's similar to nightlife in Bangkok, however, all the music here is played by someone who is an expert in their field, they don't use recordings and they play it with great enthusiasm and show a passion that makes anyone who sees it even more interested and immersed in the angklungan music. .
