I need a lot of protein in my diet but I suppose I could make a choice: lose the muscle mass or keep my hair. I have no issue with vegetarian food but it's so tough to get high protein out of all of that.

have a think - but I know people personally who have lowered their blood pressure - and that is only being on plant based diet like a week - so you could always just try it for a week - anyway, my two cents!
