Living in the province will never leave you empty as the God will provide through your harvest from your Farm. I am always thankful to God for He is so good all the time.
What I am about to share today is the recent harvest we have with our Coconuts or what we called "Lubi" and my nephew when I sent him at School.
I am always thankful to God for everything He gave to me everyday as will as to my supporters here in the community who never stops showing their support in my post most especially to the Admins and all Curators.
Living in the province is truly a blessing as God will always provides as long as we're hardworking, and I thank God for I have a small farm with Coconuts and Bananas which I can even harvest unto it to be sell, which gave me some income.
I am happy when my Aunt who also have their farm just next to me, telling me that we're going to harvest our Coconuts who is more than two months already from the last time we harvested.
I was told that the person who my Aunt contacted to climb and harvest the Coconuts will be coming here and start his work by 8:00 in the morning. That is why I have told my mother that I need to prepare early so I can go to our small farm early too.
I have went then to my small farm after I have done my breakfast and I have bring my things to be used. When I finally arrived at my small farm, the person we hired wasn't arrive yet but we me here already are those who we hire also to help us.
After a while, that was around 8:45 in the morning when the person who we hired to climb and harvest finally arrived and he immediately started knowing that he is alone today since his friend who's with him last time has other work to do.
He then started climbing the Coconut Trees in which he is already experienced and expert in doing this work that is why when we looked at him, it seems like very easy for him to climb.
We started harvesting the Coconuts of my Aunt in which they have many Coconut Trees at around more than 30 Coconut Trees in total. So, it took more than an hour to finished harvesting my Aunt's area.
We're also waiting after the one who climbed finished getting all Coconuts so we can get all of those and then put in into one place, so it is easy for us to find it.
With my Small farm, I have only 15 big Coconut Trees as my other Coconut Trees were still very young and doesn't have any to harvest yet. But out of 15 big Coconut Trees only 13 of them was harvested as the two trees doesn't have also Coconuts to be harvested.
Since only 13 Coconut Trees has been harvested, it is expected that I have only few Coconuts to be sell. That was around noon time when my farm is finally finished to harvest Coconuts and it is now time to have our lunch.
Instead of going home immediately, what I did now is I have went to the house of the one who also we hired to take all the Coconuts and put it in one area both my farm's Coconuts and my Aunt's Coconuts, so that the buyer can also see it immediately.
I have also joined him for a while and helped him getting the Coconuts. He is using what we usually used here our province in transporting our farm products and goods, this is the "Kangga" with the Carabao.
This Kangga is a sled built on Bamboos and it is a traditional Filipino used for transportation most especially in mountainous areas here in the Philippines.
I didn't finished helping the person we hired doing this but I have told him if okay for him to do it by himself and he said it is okay. Then I have went home to have my lunch.
After my lunch, I have then helped my nephew preparing himself as his class will start by 1:00 in the afternoon. That was already 12:50 in the afternoon when we finished and I have immediately sent him in their School before the class started.
I have then went back home to rest after a busy day and I just waited until the Coconut buyer came in which my Aunt told me that she will be doing it by himself, and I just waited at home for the money to be sent.
Thanks to God for around 5:00 a money was sent to us and I have also give it to my mother so we can have money to be used at home, to buy some foods or anything. It is not too big but I thank God for everything, it might be a small or big amount, it is a blessing that we should always to thank God.
