A Day in My Life Blog: Our Homemade Lechon Manok or Grilled Chicken - Our Way of Bonding as Brothers in Christ 🤗😊😇

I have a great day to share with all of you as I and my brothers in Christ had a bonding moments that I will always cherish forever. To bond with them is one way we can be much closer as a family of Christ.

My greetings and thanksgiving first to all my fellow Hivers and all my supporters for always supporting me until now.

What I am to share now is all about our simple but very memorable bonding moments which we grilled a chicken for dinner.

In the morning, we are very blessed for many of our brethren came together in worshiping God in Spirit and in truth and mostly of them are young people. We intended to gather every Sunday for this day is God's Day.

Our Worship lasted only for more than 3 hours from 9:00 in the morning until 12:00 noon and it was full of praises and worship to God with a powerful Word of God through our Senior Pastor.

In thd afternoon, together with my brothers in Christ who just stayed in our Church as our Youth President told us that we will going to cook a grilled chicken or Lechon Manok.

He give his four chicken for us to cook and to eaten by dinner. With the help of our young people who are also very excited to grill the chicken, they have prepared all things needed like the preparation of the chicken and everything.

They find ways just to do it right and I must say that they're doing very well. They cleaned up the chicken and put it on a stick that they prepared. It is now also time for them to make a fire as it is now time to grill the chicken as we expected that it will not cooked immediately.

Finally after more or less 5 hours from preparation up to the grilling of the chicken, it is now cooked and ready to be served. At first we were very hesitant if it was really cooked but as tasted it, it was already good to eat.

We then make it a boodle fight way of eating. We sliced the grilled chicken into pieces so we can eat it very well. It was honestly a great feelings to finally we did it right.

Since, we are all very hungry as it was already 7:30 in the evening it is now time to eat as we finished preparing the boodle fight. But before we go to eat on it, we have some picture taking first as our remembrance and it is a memory I will cherish all over my life.

We finished eating around 8:00 in the evening and after a while since we are all very full, we just take a rest for a while before we go home, and we got home safe and very happy.
