DINNER DATE AT WERPA FOODPARK

Because I don't go out much on my days off and don't have the time to explore the area around where I reside, I rely on my friends' recommendations for new places to eat or hang out. All I can say is that there are various restaurants and cafés in my neighborhood that serve delicious meals.

Going back, JL shared a link on his Facebook about a recently opened dining place in my area, so I messaged him immediately to see when he was available so we could sample the food. We were fortunate that both of our rest days fell on the same day. I invited a couple of our few friends to join us, but some were working and couldn't commit. Jenny happened to be available and agreed to come. We went on a Sunday, knowing that it would be very busy, but we still went. We arranged to meet at 5 p.m., but owing to traffic, we arrived at about 6 p.m.

Sadly, it was closed when we arrived. On Sundays, they only open up at 11 AM, which is a real shame. It's a good thing there are lots of restaurants available. JL suggested another restaurant, and I'm familiar with it. This establishment always appears as one of the places that provide a variety of dishes when I order food online.

The location is called as Werpa Foodpark. When I first arrived, I assumed this location only had one restaurant, but as soon as I entered, I noticed numerous food stalls selling a variety of foods and beverages. There are attractive-looking tables and chairs there too. I was amazed at how this place was designed if you want to come here you have a lot of options. They also have a live band that performs while you are enjoying your food. The place has a big space so you don't have to worry about getting a table.

About the food, as was already mentioned, there are many options to select from. As I was in the mood for chicken wings, I chose the food stand WINGIG UNLIMITED. They also offer seafood plates for 299 PHP along with Chicken Wings and Fries and with no seafood and just simply chicken with fries it cost 279 PHP only. Since drinks are not included I look for a place to order a drink and found this beverage stall named The Kofi Co., and I choose Matcha Lava Latte cost 180 PHP. They have a lot of great options for frappe and coffee-based drinks that are a must try as well as fruit drinks. We had really fun chitchatting and at the same time chillin' while listening to the music and if you want to sing they have a karaoke room too for 120 PHP per hour, it is really a good deal.
