The first half day

If I haven't told you, every Friday is virtually impossible for me to eat healthy, then I'm gonna tell you now. It all started from Friday morning. This is probably the craziest eating day in my life.

It all began with a plate of innocent fried noodle. Me and the associates will usually order our own noodle here, and guess what? We pack pork belly and pork collar from the market and share.

We had fun chit chatting and eating at the restaurant. By the time I went back to office, I felt my stomach went rumbling in the jungle. Whilst I was sitting on the throne browsing through some photographs, and the earlier roast pork caught my attention. It is possibly due to the less cooked pork that causes my stomach pain.

There's only like less than 2 hours from lunch, as we had an appointment with our clients. One of them is a Vegan. In respect of that 1 person, we decided to go tol the vege shop and eat grass. The first dish was curry mutton.

Wait?! Did I said mutton? That's exactly what it said on the menu. We all know this is vege shop, they're not supposed to sell animal meat. Fortunately, the so called mutton is actually made of mushroom stem. Frankly, it tasted marvelous. Probably better than real lamb. To top that, it comes with a stick of bun, so we can use the bun to dip into the curry.

In the Chinese community, boiling spinach soup is very common, especially with anchovies. Once again, this is a vegetarian shop, how do they put anchovies on top. After the floor manager explained to us, it was made with... again, mushroom stems that cut into sticks. Deep fried and we now have vege style fried anchovies.

If I were to choose, I think the tofu and romaine was one of the best dish of that day. 1 thing I like about it is, its still the familiar tofu taste. I prefer it like this, to be simple the better. Rather than "trying" to be real meat.

And the most famous Chinese luxury dinning dish, shark fin soup. I know the borth were boiled with starchy stuff and also mushroom to make it taste good(but ofcourse with loads of sodium in it.). There's small sticks of ham that floating aroudn the soup. I can't tell what they are, they smells exactly the same with chicken ham.

Followed by buttermilk prawn. Hey take a look, don't they looked like prawn? I don't particularly like this dish, it was made of beancurd, rolled into sticks so it looks like a prawn. It's not the vege prawn bad, it's just that deep fried buttermilk prawn is not my kind of appetite. There are different kind of cooking style for buttermilk prawn, but deep fry is not my favorite.

Follow by a plate of fried brinjal in oyster sauce. Well again, I don't mind the fried brinjal or eggplant(whatever that is), but adding fake oyster sauce is the last thing I want. Technically the fake oyster sauce is just form of soy sauce with a little bit of additional mushroom flavoring and there we have our oyster sauce. It made the eggplant a little too sweet.

Followed by a plate of Kungpao Cauliflower. I am ok with this dish, as it doesn't try to impress me with their "fake meat" skill. It's very easy to go down with rice, with all those vege and cashew nuts. I found a recipe online, you may wanna give it a try. Dont' forget to get a bag of cashew nuts, it made a world of difference.

That is all for the breakfast and lunch. Mind you I'm still having discomfort at the abdominal and my butt hole is like a broken tap. Anytime could have something going out without me realizing it. Before dinner, I had total 8 times of shit break.

bro you do know how to eat like a chinese . Fok kin mee with char siew best match bro. Shark fin soup with few drops of vinegar if not few drop of soy sauce , stir and enjoy every spoon 😀😀

That is a big meal though some of the menu for vegetarian. I think I will gain my weight the the kind of menu for a week llol 😋😋

I gain 1.5kg in a day, if a week.... I can't imagine that anymore.
