I don't really agree with the DTI's statement of 500 pesos is enough for a noche buena. Butttt, for filipinos that doesn't have enough and is belong to really less fortunate, having 500 pesos is enough. 500 pesos is really not enough for us, but, for people 500 is already a blessing.
