Introductory Post: Living, Learning, and Sharing the Simple Moments of My Day-to-Day

Good day, everyone!!! Welcome from the beautiful countryside of the Philippines. I’m Chyentza, a single mother to one lovable daughter, and I cherish every moment I get to spend with her. Life in the countryside has taught me the value of simplicity, hard work, and the deep connection we share with nature. Being from a rural area, I’ve grown up surrounded by lush landscapes and a strong sense of community, which continues to shape my perspective on life.
In addition to being a mother, I am also the owner of a small resort. It’s a family-run business that provides visitors with an opportunity to experience the peaceful beauty of rural life. Running the resort is both challenging and rewarding. It requires a great deal of dedication, especially as I balance it with my responsibilities as a mother. The resort allows me to share the natural beauty of my homeland with others and provide a serene getaway for people looking to escape the busyness of city life.

Aside from managing the resort, I am also a coconut farmer. Farming has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. The coconut trees that I tend to have not only provided a livelihood for me and my family but have also taught me the importance of sustainability and patience. Every season brings new challenges, but the sense of accomplishment when I see the fruits of my labor is unmatched.

Being a single mother, a small business owner, and a farmer all at once comes with its share of challenges, but I find joy in the hard work and the opportunity to build a better future for my daughter. I’m passionate about nurturing both my family and my businesses, and I hope to continue growing and sharing the beauty of my countryside life with others.
