Weekend Escape: A Picnic with Colleagues

As someone working in the corporate world, it may be challenging to plan travels or spend time outside, as we always wanted to take a rest every day off from work. But, I promised myself that I will do my best to have a work-life balance all the time - and that is why I am about to share with everyone a weekend escape. This time, I brought my colleagues to our place to enjoy with me.

As you all know, I live in a province, and we are just a few walks away from the river and the mountains. So, this is also a good spot for people who wants a nature escape or a simple picnic. I invited my colleagues over, and we planned this weekend getaway amazingly.

When we got to the river, we were welcomed by the beautiful nature, fine weather, and some pretty flowers. We have already settled into the nipa hut, where we will be staying for the rest of the day. We brought some food and drinks too. Aside from our lunch, we also bought some chips, soda, and sweets for our snacks.

I also brought my dog to this picnic, and my colleagues found him adorable. Can you guess what he did? He just played around the spot and made cute postures to keep my colleagues entertained. It looks like he knew that they liked him. I grabbed this chance to take photos of him and share them here.

My colleagues also requested a group photo together. Before eating our lunch, we headed to the open area for our pictorials. I will share a picture of us this time, and you can see through our smiles how we are enjoying the moment.
