The rules are posted in the main community page, just check the right-hand side. The main thing is that posts must have some connection to Southeast Asia.
I used to have one, but I didn't have the time to maintain it, and it was taking time away from me engaging with community posts. There is a community chat https://peakd.com/c/hive-141359/chat , but it hasn't really taken off, I still don't think many Hivers are using the native chat.
Not any type of content, but as I have already mentioned, the rules are clearly posted in the community for you to read and decide if you have content to fit the guidelines.
