     In the Philippines a new fitness trend is booming, BULK WITH PINOY HULK and your enemies will fear you. Pinoy Hulk isn't green though, he's brown because this is SE Asia yo!

     In Pinoy Hulk's fitness camps, participants do a 6-week militant, borderline psycho exercise routine consisting of getting angry and smashing stuff. There is nothing modern about this, but with Pinoy Hulk watching and intimidating you, it's certainly a motivator.

     Most people get drunk from via shot glasses, mugs, bottles, or whatever alcoholic delivery device is available, but have you drank RUM FROM THE BARREL? These household rum barrels are gaining popularity because they are small and easy to move around.

     When you're ready for a gulp, just slide the barrel to the edge of the counter, get on your knees, tilt your head back and open the valve. With this drinking technique there are no dirty dishes and you can actually taste the barrel.

     SUCKING POWDER IS WEIRD, but that's what Malaysians are doing lately. The country is known for it's harsh drug penalties, so when locals want to get wild they suck cocoa powder through straws instead of snorting white stuff.

     This is a much healthier choice, so I fully encourage the habit. Is there coffee or sweet drink at the bottom? I can imagine this culinary trend burns the lungs a bit, I'm so curious.
